Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Palo Alto Network Engineer on a contract basis. As a Palo Alto Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security infrastructures using Palo Alto Networks products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network security, particularly with Palo Alto firewalls, and possess strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions to ensure the security of network infrastructure.
- Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and implement appropriate security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network security engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewalls and related security products.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting complex network security environments.
- Certification in Palo Alto Networks such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
