Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Risk Management – Technical Manager to lead technical initiatives focused on cybersecurity risk, operational resilience, and emerging threats. This role combines technical leadership, team management, customer engagement, and project execution. The ideal candidate has deep cyber risk expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead cyber risk and operational resilience projects and research initiatives.
- Manage and mentor technical teams.
- Develop project scopes, technical plans, budgets, and deliverables.
- Work directly with government and industry customers.
- Develop practical tools, frameworks, and methodologies for managing cyber risk.
- Support new business development and customer relationships.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
- Manage project performance, resources, schedules, and financials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in cyber risk, enterprise risk, cybersecurity, or technical program leadership.
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government programs.
- Experience leading technical teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk frameworks, risk quantification, operational resilience, security standards, and risk governance.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, RIMS-CRMP, or similar certification.
- Experience with strategic planning, technical product development, and applied cybersecurity research.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
