Summary:
Looking for a Solution Operations Support Specialist with client-facing support and analysis experience, providing platform support and driving customer success. Prior experience in the LegalTech space or professional services preferred.
Responsibilities:Â
- Experience supporting, analyzing and organizing electronic data and documentation per client instruction
- Take action on client requests promptly and conducting quality checks of tasks across teams
- Consistent communication and liaising with legal teams and advising on best practices and assisting with technical and platform related queries’
- Manage internal/external communication across departmets
- Advanced understanding and technical knowledge of the platform including the manipulation, reformatting and converting of Excel/CSV files to import and export data
- Process data migrations from legacy technology solutions
- Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations and ensure client success
