Seeking energetic and motivated Project Manager with customer facing experience leading software implementations from discovery to go-live. This role is responsible for leading and executing product implementations, with the goal of driving engagement and ensuring customer success. This role will serve as one of customer’s primary contact, trusted advisor and senior resource throughout their implementation.
- Gather customer business and system needs and use the needs assessment to make implementation planning decisions
- Establish project teams, develop and execute project plans with the goal of maximizing customer success
- Lead new customers through the onboarding process through planning and engagement activities
- Coordinate product training and configuration sessions & coordinate “go-live” support throughout implementation process
- Create and deliver weekly status reports, presentations and documentation
- 5 – 7+ years of experience in customer facing project management role. Preferably within the professional services or legal industries.
- Strong understanding of project methodology (Waterfall, Agile etc.) and knowledge of PMBOK Framework
- MS Project, NetSuite, Zoho or similar project management tool experience
