IT Service Desk Consultant

Summary:

Looking for an IT Service Desk Consultant experienced in handling tier 2 & 3 requests with a strong background supporting Microsoft Servers, Office 365, Azure, as well as firewalls,  routers, switches and wireless access points.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage Windows Servers and storage
  • Implementation and support of Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Azure
  • Support and manage firewalls, routers/switches, wireless access points
  • Cyber security support

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support role supporting end-users
  • Experience supporting & managing¬† network & systems infrastructures
  • Experience with the following: Microsoft Servers, Office 365, Active Directory, Cisco, SonicWALL, etc.
  • Experience using RMM tools such as SolarWinds, N-Central, etc.
