IT Helpdesk Analyst (L1)
Seeking a passionate and driven IT Support Technician for a full-time opportunity. In this role you’ll be responsible to own all customer issues and provide world class customer service through first call resolution or escalation of reported incidents to Level 2 or 3 teams.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite including 365, Outlook, HP Server, Laptop and Desktop hardware, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Windows XP-10, Windows Server 2012
- Ability to ask meaningful questions to gain a clear understanding of technical issues to then apply and determine the most appropriate urgency and action
