Summary
The Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer will be responsible for leading projects in design, implementation, and support of Microsoft based enterprise environments. Will help manage client operations and IT related projects.
Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 administration and project support
- Develop implementation test plans for Microsoft technologies
- Support Active Directory & Azure AD architecture
- Handle user provisioning and licensing
- Azure Intune administration and policy management
- Manage Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, cloud access security, Identity, etc.)
- Resolve escalated issue tickets from support technicians and provide technical guidance and collaboration to peers
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in supporting & managing Microsoft environments
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, Defender
- Demonstrated experience leading migration and deployment projects
- Skilled in virtualization (VMWare & Hyper-V)
