Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience implementing enterprise-wide talent management solutions. Solid project, time, and task management skills are key to being successful in this high-impact role. The role will assist with the implementation of iCIMS talent management platform and integration with internal HR & Payroll system. You will be responsible for supporting business processes and continuity by ensuring system compliance, efficiency, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Manage new enterprise-wide applicant tracking, onboarding, candidate relationship and career site implementation
- Advise and partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, integrations) to gather, translate and document complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Act as liaison between HR, IT and third-party vendors; identifies and understands business processes to ensure system capabilities are in alignment with ongoing business needs
- Analyze and make decisions to identity gaps, reduce risk, and simplify processes; demonstrating knowledge of HR processes and ensuring compliance
- Serve as resident subject matter expert (“SME”) to advise third-party implementation partner on current system configuration and new solution requirements
- Engages appropriate internal and external staff and resources to overcome obstacles to successful project completion and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Prior experience implementing iCIMS or other cloud-based/SaaS talent management system preferred
- 5+ years in an HRIS analyst role with demonstrated experience of maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting various HR systems
- Proficiency with UltiPro or other related Payroll and HR management systems
- Proven ability to build relationships and work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure system capabilities are in line with business needs
